How do i put away the tent after use?
Whats the best way to look after the tent?
When you get your Cinch tent home, take a bit of time to get to know it – that way you can let us know if there’s a fault (even though it’s unlikely) so we can fix it or get a replacement to you quickly.
When pitching your tent, try to avoid rocky or uneven ground. It’ll be uncomfortable for you to sleep on, and might damage the sewn-in groundsheet. It’s worth keeping your tent clean too – just wipe it with a damp cloth if it gets dirty. And try to make sure it’s dry before packing it away for long periods of time so mold and mildew don’t develop.
Is it waterproof?
Sure is. Your Cinch pop up tent has been tested in torrential rain, as well as in the lab, to ensure it is fully waterproof. The groundsheet has bathtub-style raised seams too, which are taped for extra durability, so not even a hint of damp will disturb your night’s sleep.
Will it sleep three people comfortably?
The Cinch is designed for up to three people, so there should be plenty of room in the main 2m x 2.2m compartment. It’s more than comfy for three people, and a palace for two. Remember there’s a separate storage bay by both entrances too, so you won’t bump into your supplies in the night.
Is it light and easy to carry?
Yep! Your whole Cinch tent packs away into a disc-shaped Velcro rucksack, weighing just five kilos. Pop it on your shoulders and you’ll hardly notice it.
How long will my tent take to arrive?
Postage is usually 2-5 working days but if you need the tent quicker than this then contact us, we may be able to get it to you the following day.
Does my cinch pop up tent come with a guarantee?
Yes, all Cinch products are covered by a 12 month warranty.
